A hands-on course in data exploration, analysis, visualization, and scientific communication. Student teams develop research projects using meaningful datasets and document their work through reproducible reports and public repositories.
Focus: data storytelling, Python and R workflows, team projects, and research communication.
环境生物信息学方法
A research-oriented course covering biological questions, public sequence resources, alignment, metagenomic assembly and binning, genome quality assessment, functional annotation, metatranscriptomics, and amplicon-based ecological analysis.
Focus: question-driven analysis, microbial genomics, multi-omics, and reproducible computational workflows.
